2、 Performance and features
1. This series of products can obviously inhibit the acid fog, the inhibition rate is more than 80%, so it can significantly improve the working environment of the production workshop, reduce the damage of acid fog to the production plant, equipment, workers and the surrounding environment.
2. This series of products can be used with inorganic acid, which can not only effectively remove the rust on the surface of steel, but also protect the steel substrate from acid corrosion, eliminate the phenomenon of over pickling, and save acid and iron.
3. This series of products have good corrosion inhibition effect, and the inhibition rate can be controlled within 60 ~ 80% according to the requirements of enterprises. Appropriate corrosion inhibition rate not only effectively controls the acid mist brought by hydrogen precipitation, but also does not affect the pickling speed of pickling production line in large-scale iron and steel plant, thus ensuring the output of pickling products.

3、 Usage and precautions
1. 2-4 ‰ of the product is added to the newly prepared pickling agent at one time, and the new acid should be added according to this proportion in the midway.
2. The temperature and time of pickling process can be carried out according to the original standard of the enterprise, and the next process can only be started after washing.
4、 Packaging, storage and transportation
This product is packed in plastic barrel, 20kg per barrel. The storage temperature shall not be lower than 0 ℃. Store in a dry and ventilated place, and be careful not to be exposed to the sun.
