This product is a high-efficiency silicone defoamer with modified polysiloxane as the main component, which is emulsified by a new process. It has the characteristics of fast defoaming speed, long antifoaming time, high efficiency and low dosage. It is very easy to disperse in water, not easy to break emulsion and float oil, and will not cause defects such as "silicone oil spots" on the dyed fabric. The service temperature can be as high as 120-130 ℃.

This product has no danger of flammability, explosion and corrosion, and has no adverse side effects due to biological inertia.

3、 Purpose

3. Defoaming and antifoaming in cleaning agents, water-based metal working fluids and other industries;

4、 Usage and dosage

This product can be used directly or after dilution. It should not be stored for a long time after dilution. The general dosage is 0.5 ~ 3 ‰ (weight) of the raw foam system, but the user can increase or decrease it according to the actual situation for different processes and requirements.

6、 Packaging and storage

1. This product is packed in plastic lined iron bucket or plastic bucket with net weight of 200kg. It can also be changed to other packages according to the user's requirements.

2. The storage period of this product is 3 months, and the storage temperature is 5 ~ 30 ℃. If there is delamination beyond this period, it can be stirred evenly before use, without affecting the use effect.
